Rotkäppchen é um serviço prestado pela Cruz Vermelha Suíça no cantão de Zurique para os pais em situações de emergência, como no caso de doença, acidente ou crises.
Nessas situações, você pode solicitar o serviço de babysitter de emergência através do Rotkäppchen. Eles possuem cuidadoras treinadas, que normalmente prestam serviço de segunda a sexta-feira, entre as 7.00 e 19.00h, por no máximo 10 horas por dia.
A oferta é para todos, especial para famílias e pais solteiros com possibilidades financeiras limitadas e o serviço é geralmente limitado a 50 horas por família.
A contribuição é calculada de acordo com a renda dos pais. Nos finais de semana e à noite é cobrado um valor adicional de CHF 5 por hora.

Rotkäppchen ist ein Entlastungsangebot des Schweizerisches Roten Kreuz Kanton Zürich für Eltern in Notsituationen – Krankheit, Unfall oder Krisensituation. In diesen Fällen kann man die Betreuung kurzfristig übers Rotkäppchen organzieren.
Sie haben ausgebildet BetreuerInnen, die normallerweise von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 7.00 und 19.00 Uhr ihre Unterstützung anbieten, für maximal 10 Stunden pro Tag.
Das Angebot gilt für alle, besonderes für Familien und Alleinerziehende mit geringen finanziellen Möglichkeiten und die Dienstleitung ist in der Regel auf 50 Stunden pro Familie beschränkt. Der Elternbeitrag ist vom steuerbaren Einkommen und Vermögen abhängig. Für Wochenend- und Abendeinsätze wird ein Zuschlag von 5 Franken pro Stunde erhoben.

Rotkäppchen is a service offered by the Swiss Red Cross canton of Zurich for parents in emergency situations, such as illness, accident or crisis. In these cases it is possible to ask for short term child care. They have trained caregivers, who usually offer their services from Monday to Friday, between 7.00 und 19.00h, up to 10 hours per day.
The offering is available for everybody, with special focus on families and single parents with limited financial possibilities. The service is usually limited to 50 hours per family.
The costs are calculated based on the parent’s taxable income and wealth. On the weekends and in the evening there is a surcharge of CHF 5 per hour.
